Our experience working with Lake Norman Custom Concrete was nothing short of excellent. From the initial quote up to the last day of the job, Jeremy and Josh took great care of us. Our backyard patio replacement was not a large job by any means, but Jeremy and Josh made us a priority and were able to demo and replace our patio on a tight timeline, despite the Charlotte winter weather being uncooperative. Jeremy was in constant communication with me and provided regular updates on job progress. We had to match some older concrete with the new and both Josh and Jeremy made a special trip out to help me decide on the best way to achieve a seamless look. They went above and beyond to help us with an awkward doggy door situation and came up with a perfect solution that fit our needs. The quality of the finished product and the speed at which it was accomplished was impressive. I am very happy with our new patio and would definitely work with LKN Custom Concrete again.

Lake Norman Custom Concrete is the absolute best company in the area. We live in Cornelius and had Peter (the owner) and Josh (his right-hand man) from Lake Norman Custom Concrete come out and bid the job against three other companies. They were the fastest and most responsive company, and we just had a great feeling about using them for our home owners association. Huge stamped and stained concrete walkways 5 feet wide by 134 feet long. They were so professional. Started on time, and it only took them two days to complete. The were very clean and blended the landscape back into the new concrete walk perfectly. Zero damage to pipes, wires or surrounding structures. On a scale from 1 to 10 I give this company a 20.
Lake Norman Custom Concrete did a fantastic job coating our garage floor and concrete porches. Our porches were just plain ugly concrete, and they transformed them into a work of art. Josh was great to work with explaining the entire process and providing expert advice on colors and patterns to use.

I was extremely pleased with the work performed by Josh and his crew. Josh was able to come by my house in a timely manner to give me an estimate on the work I wanted done. After I agreed to the quote, we were able to schedule a time for the work to be done within the next week. I had 3 jobs done (a demolition and repair to the end of my driveway that had been cracking, a sealant applied to my front porch which had some water damage to it, and an epoxy flake sealant applied to my garage floor). All jobs were completed to my satisfaction, above and beyond what I was expecting. Josh’s crew showed up on time and worked all day on two separate days to get the jobs done in the time frame I wanted. Josh was also in contact with me during the entire process (estimate, job scheduling, job completion) to answer any questions I had. I am thoroughly satisfied with the work that was done and I would definitely recommend them.
